Icy Blue & Silver Winter Tabletop

A 19th century private residence in Maine is the elegant backdrop for this lovely wedding shoot. Sarah Goodwin of Daisies & Pearls brought the natural beauty of the setting inside with rustic wood, natural fibers, wintry white, icy blue and glistening silver. A cozy tabletop with handmade linens held mercury glass vases and antique blue bottles wrapped with silver thread, filled with white stock, tulips, orchids, carnations, dusty miller, and dried berries. The accompanying stationery created by Fourth & Folded is nestled in a muslin pocket and packaged with gorgeous calligraphy, and keeping with the wintry theme, the guest book is fabric squares to be made into a quilt. Oh and there are fabulous and yummy desserts, and puppies! View even more of & unlimited‘s images from this lovely winter shoot in the gallery!

  1. I feel transported to the wedding of Heathcliff and Catherine – lavish romance in the subtle details and a wintry austerity through the color palette. Simply L O V E L Y.

  2. This is gorgeous! I am getting married in the fall and am using blue glass very similar to this…I found some that I need for the centerpeices, but need more for the tables that are going to be outside on the deck. Where did you find this glass?

    1. Hi Ashley-
Thank you for the sweet compliment and congratulations on your engagement. The bottles are a part of my husband’s bottle collection. He and his grandfather enjoyed bottle digging when he was a child. I am sure you can find these on EBay, Etsy or at your local antique shop or flea market. If you still have difficulty finding bottles please let me know.
